Business Development Executive (B2B) – Sports Venues, Fitness & Wellness
Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with sports venues, gyms, wellness centers, and corporate fitness programs.
- Negotiate contracts with sports facility operators, corporate clients, and wellness-focused businesses.
- Drive sales and business opportunities for fitness technology, nutrition products, and venue sponsorships.
- Identify revenue streams through event hosting, sponsorship deals, and corporate wellness initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends in sports venue management, digital fitness solutions, and personalized wellness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that align with venue branding and industry trends.
- Attend sports, health, and fitness expos to network and showcase offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Health Sciences, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, sports venue partnerships, or fitness technology business development.
- Understanding of venue sponsorships, digital wellness trends, and corporate health strategies.
- Proven ability to negotiate partnerships and drive scalable business growth.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and wellness, with a keen eye for emerging industry technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving market with strong analytical and networking skills.
