• Products are usually shipped and delivered within the specified time. However, there may be situations beyond supplier(s) or delivery service companies control which may delay the delivery. It is however ensured that the buyers are timely updated and informed about the status of the delivery.

• Supplier location.

• Destination or delivery location.
• Holidays or unusual circumstances may affect actual delivery times.

Cost Transparency

• There are no hidden costs / charges.
• Applicable delivery charges are highlighted at the time of checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

• Suppliers may choose not to deliver products to certain locations due to:
• Legal restrictions.
• Availability of reliable courier partners.
• In such situations, buyers may either get a refund or coupons as applicable.

Cash on Delivery (CoD)

• Cash on delivery is not available and customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of placing the order.

Undelivered Goods

• Undelivered goods due to non availability of the buyer at the delivery location or inability to deliver due to shipping restrictions will be returned back to the supplier. In such situations delivery may be rescheduled on mutual agreement.
